Bangladesh - Inflatable life jackets

Description

You must be able to supply jackets that:

- are approximately 1.250 kg in weight
- have a buoyancy of 15kg
- have dimensions approximately waist worn 22cm by 16 by 8cm and neck worn 55 by 30cm
- have an orange chamber
- have a salt water activated battery: standard SOLAS lighting arrangement to be fitted with a salt water activated battery, having a cord fitted with the battery with arrangement of "pull to light" battery will be tested in sea water during acceptance
- are equipped with a whistle, life line, lanyard with holding arrangement at the end spray hood hoist
- have a transparent visor, the life jacket is to be fitted with a suitable transparent visor sewn with the spray hood
- have a spray hood sewn on the top of pouch
- have a co2 bottle: one in no charged 30 to 35 gm co2 bottle is to be fitted with the life jacket
- have a release device: 2 release devices are to be fitted in both the chambers for inflation
- have an inflation system: one chamber with co2 bottle and one chamber oral inflation. The front chamber should be inflated by means of release device, which is provided with a cartridge with a co2 bottle
- have a wearing system: the life jacket to be worn fastened around on its waist either packed in to and in to bag or with a pouch placed around a persons neck.
- have a test certificate from the manufacturer is to be submitted with the materials
