The scope of the order includes delivery: 1. numerically controlled CNC machine tools: - CNC milling machine - machining centre - pcs. 2,- CNC lathe - pcs. 1.Parameters and equipment are specified in detail in appendix no. 2 to the ToR2. of conventional machine tools: - universal lathe with digital reading - pcs. 4 universal milling machine with digital reading - pcs. 4Parameters and equipment are given in appendix no. 2 to the ToR3. tools for digital machine tools - list and parameters are given in appendices no. 7 and 8 to the ToR4. tools for conventional machine tools - list and parameters are given in appendices no. 9 and 10 to the ToR.5. chiselling attachments for offered conventional milling machines - pcs. 4.Detailed description in Appendix No. 14 to the ToR6. of the universal division - pcs. 4.Parameters and equipment are given in Appendix No. 13 to the ToR7. of tool trolleys - pcs. 14 Parameters and equipment are given in Appendix No. 11 to the ToR8. metal shelves - pcs. 12 Parameters and equipment are given in the attachment no. 12 to the ToR.9. Set of tool and workpiece probes for a CNC milling machine - set. 1.Parameters and equipment are given in Appendix 15 to the ToR Requirements concerning the subject of the contract - The delivered subject of the contract shall be brand new, free from defects and come from current production and have appropriate certificates and approvals, which the Contractor shall present at the Contractor's request, - The Contractor shall include transport (at the Contractor's expense and risk), - The Contractor shall deliver the goods, set up, install and start up at the place indicated by the Principal, in accordance with the construction project,- If the equipment delivered within the scope of the contract is damaged or damaged during transport or assembly, it will be replaced with new or repaired by the Contractor prior to the notification of completion of deliveries for acceptance,- The condition for final acceptance is training in Polish of at least 3 people and handing over the operating instructions for machine tools in electronic and paper versions in 2 copies, All waste generated during the execution of the order shall be managed at the Contractor's own expense, the Contractor, after delivery of the subject of the order and after completion of assembly works, shall be obliged to order the delivery area and place of assembly, - All damage to the building which occurred during assembly due to the Contractor's fault shall be removed by the Contractor at his own expense,- The Contractor shall be responsible for securing the delivered equipment until the time of written acceptance (without comments) confirmed by persons responsible for the Purchaser, - The Contractor shall be obliged to provide the Purchaser on the date of delivery with warranty cards and all certificates and attestations, in accordance with the order, - Guarantee period for the offered subject of the contract: minimum 24 months. If the Economic Operator proposes a guarantee period shorter than the required one (24 months), his offer shall be rejected pursuant to art. 93 sec. 1 point A of the Commercial Companies Code. 2 of the Spanish law Additional requirements: - the Equipment supplied should have overall dimensions that allow it to be transported freely to its destination. In order to introduce machine tools to the interior of the hall where they will be assembled, the Contracting Authority has a hole of the following dimensions: width 1 970 mm and height 2 400 mm, - the Contracting Authority plans to install machine tools on a concrete slab with 30 cm thick dispersed reinforcement in a manner ensuring protection of the floor against vibrations (e.g. by using vibroinsulators). Elements ensuring protection against vibrations, used in the foundation of machines, shall be delivered by the Contractor at his own expense.
