The investment project which is the subject of this public procurement procedure is the 'extension (modernisation) of RIPOK (SPOK) Korzyścienko for the installation of waste sorting line with the necessary technical infrastructure' consisting of two tasks:Task 1: Modernisation of the mechanical-biological treatment (MBP) installation at SPOK KorzyścienkoTask 2: technological line integrated with the MBP line - SPOK Korzyścienko sorting plant.Task 1 consists of the following activities:Activity 1A: Construction and installation works for the MBP installation upgradeActivity 1B: Sorting process line for the waste prefeed and preselection segment and the granulometric separation segmentTask 2 consists of the following activity:Activity 2A: A process line integrated with the MBP line for sorting separated waste from the MBP line.
I. The investment undertaking which is the subject of the present public procurement procedure is the 'extension (modernisation) of RIPOK (SPOK) Korzyścienko for the installation of waste sorting line together with the necessary technical infrastructure' consisting of two tasks:Task 1: Modernisation of the mechanical-biological treatment (MBP) installation at SPOK KorzyścienkoTask 2: technological line integrated with the MBP line - SPOK Korzyścienko sorting plant.Task 1 consists of the following activities:Activity 1A: Construction and installation works for the MBP plant modernisationActivity 1B: Sorting process line for the waste feeding and preselection segment and the granulometric separation segmentTask 2 consists of the following activity:Activity 2A: Process line integrated with the MBP line for sorting waste separated within the MBP line.II. a) Description of the subject matter of the contract - Introduction appendix no. 1 to SWZ;b) Description of the subject matter of the contract (Part 1) for construction and installation works appendix no. 1 A to SWZ,c) Description of the subject matter of the contract (Part 2) for technological installations appendix. No. 1 B to the SWZ,d) Approved construction design appendix No. 2 to the SWZ,e) Copy of the Construction Permit Decision No. 00404/2018 dated April 27, 2018 issued by the Starost of Kołobrzeg appendix No. 3 to the SWZ,f) Copy of the basic map appendix No. 4 to the SWZ,g) Geotechnical opinion of 2015 prepared by Przedsiębiorstwo Realizacji Inwestycji "Kret" Jarosław Filipiak, appendix no. 5 to the SWZ,h) Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works appendix no. 6 to the SWZ,i) Contracting Authority's statement on the right to use the real estate for construction purposes appendix no. 14 to the SWZ,j) Extract from the local spatial development plan appendix no. 15 to the SWZ,k) Copy of the decision on environmental conditions appendix no. 16 to the SWZ,l) Conceptual design of the waste sorting line appendix no. 17 to the SWZ.III. a) Upon the request of the Economic Operator, the Contracting Authority shall allow the Economic Operator to make a site inspection of the area where the subject matter of the contract will be executed. A site inspection by the Economic Operator is not obligatory. During the site inspection the Contracting Authority's representatives will not answer any questions of the Economic Operator. Answers to inquiries shall be provided pursuant to provisions of art. 135 item 2 of the PPL Act. Costs of the site inspection shall be borne by the Economic Operator.b) Should the Economic Operator be interested in the site inspection, he shall contact the Contracting Authority's representative in writing (at least 3 days in advance) at phone no. 094 35-17-708, fax no. 094 35-33-251 or e-mail: kompostownia@zielen.kolobrzeg.pl from Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to set the date for the site inspection.IV. The Contracting Authority hereby informs that the subject matter of the present contract shall be executed based on: a) contract dated 16. 03. 2020 r. nr RPZP.03.07.00-32-B003/19-00 covering "Modernisation of the MBP installation in RIPOK (SPOK) Korzyścienko (modernisation of MBP in RIPOK (SPOK) Korzyścienko together with purchase of sorting technology (waste feeding and pre-selection segment, granulometric division segment)" realised under the Regional Operational Programme of the Western Pomeranian Voivodeship 2014 - 2020, Priority Axis III Protection of the environment and adaptation to climate change, Measure 03.07 Development of municipal waste management - Task No. 1.b) Agreement dated 16. 03. 2020, No. RPZP.03.07.00-32-B001/19-00 covering "Technological line integrated with MBP line - sorting at RIPOK (SPOK) Korzyścienko (purchase and implementation of technological line for sorting waste below 80 mm)" implemented under the Regional Operational Programme of the Zachodniopomorskie Voivodeship 2014 - 2020, Priority Axis III Environmental protection and adaptation to climate change, Measure 03.07 Development of municipal waste management - task no. 2.
