India - India - Immediate requirement for Hdpe Regrind ( Natural White and Blue Drum)

A Trading firm based in India is looking to import HDPE REGRIND ( Natural white from Milk Bottles and Blue Drum Regrind)

The volume required is as follows

Requirements Natural White Blue Drum
Sample Shipment 50MT (Immediate) 50MT (Immediate)
Monthly Shipment (max) 1000MT 500MT

They would like to know the following :
• Price / MT (CIF, Mumbai, India)
• Availability of the product
• Specifications or SGS reports if any
• Payment Method (They generally prefer 100% LC for the first shipment or you can also suggest them alternative payment method [after Sample approval and site visit])
• Photos of the product [At least 5 of them]
• If your company sells EXW [Then the exact address]

Criteria of the specifications of the product.

• The product SHOULD BE NAMED HDPE REGRIND (NOT SCRAP)
• The product colour SHOULD BE NATURAL / NATURAL WHITE (NOT MILKY WHITE) OR BLUE
• The packing bags SHOULD BE WHITE/CUSTOM LABELLED
• The product SHOULD BE BLOWING GRADE (NOT INJECTION OR MOULDING GRADE)
• The product SHOULD NOT CONTAIN - PP and PVC (PVC : Is a chemical content which is rejected by Indian Law for Import)
• The product SHOULD NOT BE MULTI-COLORED or FREE FROM IMPURITIES
• The product SHOULD BE WASHED (HOT/COLD)
• The product SHOULD BE DRY/DRIED (NOT WET)
• The product SHOULD BE FREE FROM ODOUR
• The product SHOULD NOT ABSORB CHEMICALS / SMELL LIKE CHEMICAL / CONTAIN CHEMICAL
