In the main building of the Elektro Technologie Zentrum Stuttgart, which went into operation in 1993, a number of technical building equipment systems that are essential for the operation of the building are no longer functional or are partially no longer functional.
Extensive refurbishment and modernization measures are therefore to be carried out. The necessary work was determined as part of a preliminary investigation. The work is to be carried out without interrupting operations.
The measures are subsidized by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection via the BAFA (Federal Office of Economics and Export Control). It is therefore necessary to put the planning services out to tender as part of a VgV procedure as a Europe-wide negotiated procedure.
The invitation to tender is divided into 3 lots (lot 1 building planning, lot 2 technical equipment ALG 2, lot 3 technical equipment ALG 4, 5 and 8). Applicants can apply for one or more lots.
