Description

Hamburg's 105th district is to be built on around 118 hectares in Oberbillwerder in the Bergedorf district. The master plan developed on behalf of IBA Hamburg GmbH envisages the creation of around 7,000 residential units in 5 districts under the guiding principle of the "Connected City for the city of tomorrow". A sustainable and comfortable mobility concept is intended to achieve a low share of motorized private transport (MIT) of 20 percent of total traffic in the long term. The external development of the new district for motor vehicles is to take place east of the existing Allermöhe S-Bahn station as a south-eastern connection of the project area to the Rahel-Varnhagen-Weg with crossings of the Nördlicher Bahngraben and the railroad embankment. A motor vehicle tunnel, a crossing structure over the Nördlicher Bahngraben and the traffic system for the south-eastern connection are planned for this purpose. As a further component of the external development, a pedestrian tunnel and a crossing structure over the Südlicher Bahngraben are planned to the west of the existing Allermöhe S-Bahn station.ReGe has concluded an agency agreement with the Authority for Transport and Mobility Transition for project management (project control, project management) for the planning, approval and construction of the above measures. In the planning area, there is a general suspicion of unexploded bombs in the railroad embankment and in (former) water areas as a result of the hazard investigation / aerial photo evaluation in accordance with the Ordinance on the Prevention of Damage from Explosive Ordnance. The services to be awarded include all planning services required to clear the suspected explosive ordnance and/or to ensure work safety as well as the monitoring of the explosive ordnance clearance. The preliminary planning has been completed for the above-mentioned structures. The planning of the above-mentioned structures is carried out using the BIM method. The contractor should therefore also provide the services for these structures using the BIM methodology.the construction aids and excavation shoring required for the construction of the structures are also the subject of this tender. This applies in particular to the two tunnel structures.
