Description
Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), BAPCO REFINING wishes to establish a Purchase Agreement with MSCS solution provider for the implementation of Mobile Supply Chain Solution (shortly referred to as MSCS) that meets Bapco Refining requirements to work with Barcode tagged Assets and Inventory Items across Procurement Warehouses within Bapco Refining, supply of software license, delivering implementation services and provide post-implementation Software Maintenance Support (SMS) and Application Maintenance Services (AMS). Bapco Refining possess the licenses for Mobile Supply Chain Application (MSCA). However, Bapco Refining is open to consider other alternative solutions that are similar to or better than MSCA from bidders that are capable of seamlessly integrating with E-Business Suite Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Finance etc. modules.
