The IHK-Projektgesellschaft mbH Ostbrandenburg (hereinafter: Client) is responsible for the "Regional Consulting and Qualification Project" for the promotion of business start-ups and company successions. The subject of this award procedure is the inclusion of potential contractors in a "pool" of external consultants for the "Regional Consulting and Qualification Project" in the city of Frankfurt (Oder). As a result of this award procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded. On the basis of this framework agreement, individual contracts will be concluded with the consultants in the pool during the contract execution phase. The award procedure is divided into two lots: - Lot 1 comprises the implementation of orientation seminars (1 day's work) and start-up seminars (3-4 day's work). - Lot 2 comprises the individual qualification and individual counseling (individual content and number of hours per person willing to start a business, depending on the counseling needs).
