Description

MoDOT seeks to establish multiple Time-and-Material Price Agreement(s) for the possible procurement of carpentry services. The pricing being solicited under this Invitation to Bid are for services to be rendered to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The award period shall commence from the date of award until July 30, 2026. MoDOT has the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the contract period for up to two (2) additional one-year periods, or any portion therein. If the option for renewal is exercised by MoDOT, the bidder shall agree to all terms and conditions of the IFB and all subsequent amendments. MoDOT will receive bids electronically via MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Michael.Yoder@modot.mo.gov five business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid.
