The subject of the contract is: "RDW in Chelm. Winter maintenance services for sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths in the seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025 and 2025/2026 in the field of winter slipperiness control and snow removal".The contract was divided into 3 tasks:Task 1 - Winter maintenance services for sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle routes in terms of winter slipperiness control and snow removal at DW829 Task 2 - Winter maintenance services for sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle routes in terms of winter slipperiness control and snow removal at DW812, DW842 and DW846Task 3 - Winter maintenance services for sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle routes in terms of winter slipperiness control and snow removal at DW812 and DW843
Task 1 - Winter maintenance services of sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths in the field of winter slipperiness control and snow removal at DW829 1. Location at provincial road No. 829 in the city of Łęczna, Biskupice: from km 22+110 to km 22+530 str. leftfrom km 22+110 to km 26+160 str. rightfrom km 24+510 to km 24+610 str. leftfrom km 26+130 to km 26+746 str. leftSnowplowing and gritting of sidewalks work - 200 hours in one season2.The Contractor, within the scope of the implemented task, shall provide the equipment necessary for the provision of services along with staff.3..The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the scope of the contract and change the maximum number of contracted hours according to actual needs arising from prevailing weather conditions or the condition of sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths, without changing the maximum remuneration, within the task. The above change does not require an annex to the contract. 4.The minimum remuneration of the Contractor resulting from a reduction in the scope of the subject of the contract, will be no less than 10% of the maximum remuneration specified in each season.5.The Contractor undertakes to perform the contract in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, the technical specification of the conditions of services related to the work of equipment for winter maintenance of sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths, which is an Appendix to the contract, in a manner that guarantees the proper quality of the services provided.6.As part of the execution of the contract, the Contractor shall, in particular: 1) Securing, at his own expense and at his own expense, the loading of sand, sand-salt mixture or salt from their storage places2) Removing snow mechanically or manually in places inaccessible to equipment - sidewalks, bicycle paths, splitter islands and pedestrian refuges, together with the management of excess snow at his own expense in accordance with the schedule and location of services. 3) Evenly gritting the surface of sidewalks and bicycle paths across the entire width, discontinuities in gritting are unacceptable. 4) Maintain in constant readiness the equipment provided for the execution of the Agreement with its operation during the period from October 30, consecutively in the years 2023, 2024, 2025, until the completion of the services covered by the Agreement in the seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, i.e. until April 30 consecutively in the years 2024, 2025 and 2026.5) ensure constant contact with the operation of the equipment used in the performance of the Agreement, in order to transmit instructions to the operator by persons authorized by the Contracting Authority, and promptly provide information by the operator on:- the current state of the sidewalks and bicycle paths,- the time of commencement and completion of services on the various sections,- hazards caused by weather conditions,- other events occurring at the place of service.6.) to provide, at its own expense and with its own efforts, current and repair and maintenance service of its equipment. Task 2 - Winter maintenance services for sidewalks and pedestrian and bicycle paths in the field of winter slipperiness control and snow removal at DW812, DW842 and DW8461. Location:- Location at provincial road No. 812 in the towns of Siennica Nadolna and Krasnystaw: from km 145+210 to km 146+000 str. rightfrom km 146+000 to km 146+240 str. leftfrom km 147+580 to km 147+630 str.
