Description

The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Government of Swabia, invites tenders for the service of a Hygiene Officer (m/f/d) for the shared accommodation and accommodation dependencies for asylum seekers in the entire administrative district of Swabia.
The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Government of Swabia, invites tenders for the service of a hygiene officer (m/f/d) for the communal accommodations and ANKER dependencies operated by it in the administrative district of Swabia, which serve to accommodate asylum seekers. The Free State of Bavaria currently operates around 80 collective accommodation facilities and accommodation dependencies in the administrative district. A hygiene officer (m/f/d) is being advertised for these facilities and accommodation dependencies, who will be responsible for hygiene management as the permanent contact person for the facility managers in all hygiene matters and for ensuring that hygiene requirements are met.The tasks of the hygiene officer include:- drawing up a hygiene plan iSd § 36 Para. 1 IfSG on the basis of a hygiene inspection (initial inspection) for the facilities or accommodation dependencies in question (and for any quarantine facilities that may be present) hygiene instructions and training of external service providers,- advice on the procurement and handling of disinfectants,- contact with the competent authorities (in particular local health authorities),- documentation of the activities as hygiene officer.For the execution of the contract, personnel shall be employed who have successfully completed further training as hygiene officers and, if possible, have successfully completed further training as hygiene specialists and a qualification as specialists for occupational safety.The details are to be taken from the service contract with service description in the tender documents.
