The subject matter of the order is successive delivery of hydrochloric acid (10 t) - product designated for production of chlorine dioxide - disinfectant used for water intended for human consumption.
The subject matter of the contract is successive delivery of hydrochloric acid in the amount of 10 t - product designated for production of chlorine dioxide - disinfectant used in water intended for human consumption (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").2.Subject matter evidence:4.1 In order to prove that the hydrochloric acid offered is in compliance with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract, the Contracting Authority demands that the Economic Operator submits the following subject matter evidence together with the tender: 1) a current hygienic attestation issued by a body authorised to issue such attestations, in accordance with the regulations in force, allowing the Product to be used in water intended for human consumption; 2) a current safety data sheet referred to in Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006. concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH), establishing a European Chemicals Agency, amending Directive 1999/45/EC and repealing Council Regulation (EEC) No. 793/93 and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1488/94 as well as Council Directive 76/769/EEC and Commission Directives 91/155/EEC, 93/67/EEC, 93/105/EC and 2000/21/EC (Official Journal L 396 of 30.12.206, p.1 Note: The technical specification should confirm compliance with all the requirements specified in item 1 of Annex 5 to the SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract.4.2 The Contracting Authority stipulates that if the Economic Operator fails to submit the above mentioned evidence or if the submitted evidence proves to be incomplete, the Economic Operator will be called upon, pursuant to art. 107 item 2 of the Act, to submit or supplement such evidence within the designated time limit.
