Description

The purpose of the multi award framework agreement with subsequent contracts is to provide services and supplies in the field of general mechanics for amounts up to 399 k€. These services and supplies contribute to the performance of the "EDF Hydro Repair" missions: the repair of the wheels and turbines of the EDF Hydro park and their related parts. The lots concerned are the following: Lot 1 : Supply of bronze and/or copper-aluminium partsLot 2 : Boilermaking servicesLot 3 : Supply of forged partsLot 4 : Supply of parts manufactured by foundry AND associated machiningLot 5 : Small machiningLot 6 : Resin coating/paintingLot 7 : Supply of cutting tools
Supply of bronze and/or copper-aluminium parts, whatever the manufacturing method (centrifugation, moulding, etc.). Manufacturing of mechanical parts, assemblies or supports that cannot be produced solely by machining and that can use several processes (mechanically welded assembly, forming, folding, etc.). All grades (steel, stainless steel, copper-aluminium). Supply of forged parts Manufacturing operations of parts by casting AND associated machining. This may also include the supply of molds, templates ... Small machining: volume of envelope < 0.5 m3 or diameter of parts; Ø < 1 000 mm, special parts (needle, nozzle tip, cross, fixed seat, movable ring, small bearing ...) Coating operations on metal parts based on resins / paints (epoxy, polyurethane, elastomer) / paints: according to CCTR Cahier des Charges pour Travaux de Revêtement 2019. Specific supplies related to the trade of repairing hydraulic turbine parts: cutting tools etc..
