Description

Haldimand County is seeking a Service Provider to provide basic Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) benefits as described in the Bid Package.  The release of the Bid Package is subject to receipt of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).  The NDA is submitted for consideration to the County to obtain the confidential records specifically aligned to this Project.  Proponents must be a licensed Canadian insurer.  Insurance brokers, consultants, advisors, third party administrators (TPA’s), EAP providers and disability management providers are not considered a qualified proponent and will not be granted access to the online portal and bid documents.NDA must be submitted to purchasing@haldimandcounty.on.ca. The resulting Bid Request is non-binding and therefore will not create Contract A.
