The mission of the École nationale de police du Québec is to ensure the relevance, quality and coherence of police training as a privileged place for reflection and integration of activities related to police training. The École has the exclusive right to provide initial training for police personnel, providing them with access to patrol-police, investigation and police management practices. The School also offers professional development activities and conducts training-oriented research.
Subject
The École nationale de police du Québec is soliciting offers for housekeeping services for public spaces, to be performed at 350 Marguerite-d'Youville Street and 1055 Édouard-Beaulac Street in Nicolet.
Duration of the contract
The contract is for a period of 12 months with the possibility of two (2) extension periods of one (1) year each. The period covered by the initial contract is from February 1, 2021 to January 31, 2022.
Bid Guarantee
The bid must be accompanied by a bid security equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount.
Site Visit
Bidders should note that some of the premises of the École nationale de police du Québec, 350 Marguerite-d'Youville Street, Nicolet, were filmed and that this virtual tour is published on the SEAO, along with the other tender documents. The main premises have been filmed, so you must consult the plans to see the totality of the premises to be maintained for this contract.
For service providers who would still like an on-site visit, it will be possible to do so by making an appointment with the representative of the file, mentioned in point 1.4, before 4:00 p.m. on November 13, 2020.
Submission and opening of bids
The tenderer must meet all the requirements of the specifications and ensure that it has read and understood all the clauses. In addition, to be validly received, a bid must be deposited or mailed in a sealed envelope to the attention of Ms. Nathalie Pépin at the School's reception desk located at 350 Marguerite-d'Youville Street in Nicolet J3T 1X4, by Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m., the date and time set for the opening of tenders. Reserve
The School does not undertake to accept any of the offers submitted, even the most advantageous compliant offer.

Service hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
