The City of Amqui is requesting bids for the following municipal building maintenance and monitoring services for a one-year period beginning June 1, 2019 and ending May 31, 2020.

Municipal garage - office area 30, avenue du Parc
Community Hall 55, rue du Carrefour Sportif

Any person or company must obtain the tender documents and specifications through the Electronic Tendering System (SÉ@O) at the following address: https://www.seao.ca/index.aspx.

Bid security:
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security representing at least 10% of the total amount of the bid before taxes, valid for a period of thirty (30) days following the opening date of the bids, in one of the forms provided for in the call for tenders, failing which the bid will be automatically rejected.

Reception and opening:
Submissions must be completed on the form prepared for this purpose and sent to us in a sealed and identified envelope entitled "Housekeeping and Surveillance of Municipal Buildings for the Year 2019-2020".

The envelopes will be opened publicly at the Gérard-Dubé Hall of Amqui City Hall at 11:35 a.m. and the date indicated above.

The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received or opened, nor to pay any fees. It does not undertake any obligation of any kind towards the bidder or bidders.

This call for tenders is subject to the City of Amqui's Contract Management Policy.
