Description

The open-source Learning Management System (LMS) Moodle is used by ETNIC to provide its beneficiary entities with online training solutions. Several instances are installed and operated by ETNIC for this purpose. This framework agreement covers the hosting, maintenance, support and improvement of the various instances of the Moodle LMS operated by ETNIC, as well as a videoconferencing solution allowing the provision of a complete pedagogical environment dedicated to distance learning.
Lot 1 - Moodle Hosting and Moodle ServicesAs part of its services for various beneficiaries, ETNIC offers the Moodle software for distance learning needs. Several instances are already managed by ETNIC or directly by its beneficiaries. The purpose of this contract is to offer a centralised solution managed by ETNIC for the hosting of Moodle for its beneficiaries.This lot concerns the migration, hosting and maintenance of several instances of the Moodle software as defined in the technical provisions (with firm and conditional tranches) as well as two required options.This lot comprises four firm tranches and six conditional tranches. The firm tranches concern migration, hosting and maintenance for instances 1 to 4. This lot also includes two required options:- Required Option 1 - Consulting ServicesThis option consists of a consulting service concerning the performance, configuration and use of the Moodle software.- Required Option 2 - Development ServicesThis option consists of the realization of on-demand developments related to the Moodle software or to its interfacing with third party applications. Lot 2 - Video conferencing systemThis lot concerns the installation, hosting and maintenance of a video conferencing system based on an open-source solution.It contains a firm tranche concerning a concurrent access for less than 1,000 users and 3 conditional tranches for each additional user level.For the rest, refer to the technical and functional provisions of the CSC.
