NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT)
Invitation to Bid for Supply and
Fixation of Furniture

1. Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites bids/offers for supply and fixation of furniture, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the Tender Document.
2. Interested firm(s) and bidders registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Authorities and having an active status on taxpayer list may submit their bids/offers via PPRA ? EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System), along with stipulated bid amount on the basis of single stage, two envelope procedure to be dropped at given address by 1330 Hours on or before Tuesday, September 10, 2024. The bids shall be opened at Mural Hall, HEC, Sector H-9, Islamabad, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who may wish to be present.
3. Documents containing detailed Tender Terms and Conditions, and application can be obtained from the Planning & Development Division, HEC, Sector H-8, Islamabad during office hours by depositing the tender fee, i.e., Rs. 1000/- in HEC Account No. 17427900133401 of Habib Bank Limited, SRC Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad by Monday, September 09, 2024.
The document can also be downloaded from HEC or PPRA websites. In this regard, the tender fee amounting to Rs. 1000/- will be required with the bidding document. Provision of Tender Document can also be requested by sending the scanned copy of Rs.1000/-fee deposit slip to: sdawar@hec.gov.pk
4. The bidder(s) who have defaulted in its contract(s) awarded by HEC, or any other Government or Semi Government entity is/are not eligible to participate in the tender. The bidder(s) who have not fulfilled their contractual obligation with HEC are also not eligible to participate in the Bid(s) unless they clear their dues along with penalties or fulfill their contractual obligations with HEC before opening of the bids.

Detailed requirements are indicated in the Tender Document containing tender terms & conditions. HEC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers wholly or partially as per PPR-2004.
