Gym PAN, new triple gymnasium

Planning, approval and construction of a triple gymnasium (to energy standard EGB 40) as a turnkey project including development, outdoor sports facilities and open spaces on the grounds of Pfarrkirchen Grammar School. In this contract, "turnkey" always means that all structures to be erected are fully constructed, functional and ready for operation in accordance with the provisions of this contract, so that they are available without restriction for the contractually intended uses explained in the contractual annexes. The Contractor owes the procurement and delivery of loose equipment, in particular furniture and structural, non-design-related fixtures of cost group 600 according to DIN 276 in accordance with the specifications of the FLB, otherwise only if the Client orders these services separately as additional services. However, the initial equipment of the property, in particular the sports equipment of the loose and fixed sports equipment, is owed in accordance with the more detailed description in the functional service description. The outdoor facilities must be structurally completed and ready for use.
Overall responsibility for the planning, approval and construction services and commissioning of the property from LPH 3.
