Description

3.1 The subject of the contract is the delivery of whole black pepper, hot Turkish pepper (ground paprika), ground table salt according to the assortment-quantity list included in the offer form in accordance with Annex 1 to the ToR.
The subject of the contract is the delivery of whole black pepper, hot Turkish pepper (ground paprika), ground table salt according to the assortment and quantity list included in the offer form in accordance with Annex 1 to the ToR. A detailed description of the subject of the order and its requirements can be found in the model agreement (with its annexes) which constitutes Annex 3 to the ToR. A contractor shall be obliged to perform the order according to the terms and conditions described in Annex 3 to the ToR - a specimen agreement with its appendices.
