Description
Panama authority is inviting bids for the contracting of help desk network operations centre (NOC) services to support the National Multiservice Network and provide after-hours care for critical services. This initiative is part of the Panama Digital Program, financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Loan No. 5501/OC-PN.
The scope of services includes:
- operation of a NOC to monitor and support digital infrastructure
- help desk services for users of the National Multiservice Network
- after-hours support for critical government services to ensure continuity and rapid incident response
Applicants must be compliant with IDB procurement policies (GN-2349-15). This is executed under International Public Tender No. LPI 006-2025.
The tender is open to bidders from all IDB-eligible countries and does not include a margin of preference for national contractors. This contract supports Panama’s digital transformation efforts by ensuring robust and responsive IT support for government platforms.
