The subject of the order is the supply of L-1 light fuel oil for heating purposes, hereinafter referred to as fuel oil, in the total amount of 156.00 m3, including: 115.00 m3 - guaranteed order; 41.00 m3 - optional order.
(1) The subject of the order is the supply of L-1 light fuel oil for heating purposes, hereinafter referred to as fuel oil, in the total amount of 156.00 m3, including: 115,00 m3 - guaranteed order; 41,00 m3 - optional order. (2) Delivery of heating oil will be carried out in the quantities and on the dates contained in the Delivery Plan attached as Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. (3) The place of delivery of fuel oil is the warehouse of the Representative Center of the Ministry of National Defense, Nowa Wieś, 1 Grodziska Street, 05-800 Pruszków. (4) The description of the subject of the order is also specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ - Model contract.
