1.1 The subject of the contract is the supply of light heating diesel oil for the Wola Krzysztoporska Municipality in the estimated amount of 540,000 liters, in 2024 and 2025.Example product: heating diesel oil Ekoterm produced by Polski Koncern Naftowy "ORLEN" S.A. in Płock or heating oil with equivalent parameters - i.e. not worse than those described below:Technical characteristics:Specification Requirements Calorific value kJ/kg min. 42,600 Sulfur content by weight % max. 0.1 Water content mg/kg max. 200 Foreign solids content mg/kg max. 24 Residue after ashing % by weight max. 0.01

Trybunalska nr 12, 97-371 Wola Krzysztoporskas) Municipal Social Assistance Center 6 Szkolna St., 97-371 Wola Krzysztoporska.The Ordering Party reserves the right to specify additional oil pick-up points under this order, as well as to deliver oil only to selected pick-up points.1.3.Deliveries will be made:- with settlement at the reference temperature of 15˚C,- successively according to the Ordering Party's needs within 4 days from the date of notification (order by phone, fax or e-mail),- in total to all establishments that will report the need for heating oil delivery (it is assumed that at one time during one delivery, oil tanks in these buildings will be refilled to the maximum level).Each batch of oil delivered should have a quality certificate (or other equivalent document) issued by the manufacturer, specifying the quality of the product.1.4.The Purchaser has the right to change the scope of the order and purchase heating oil in a quantity other than the estimated 540,000 liters, without amending the contract, within the following limits:a) it is assumed that the ordered quantity of oil may be reduced up to 70% of the quantity estimated to be purchased,b) it is assumed that the ordered quantity of oil may be increased by a maximum of 20% of the quantity estimated to be purchased.
