Description
The subject of the order are deliveries of light fuel oil L - 1 for heating purposes meeting the requirements specified in PN - C - 96024 : 2020 - 12 - Polish version and the regulation of the Minister of Energy of 01.12.2016 on the quality requirements concerning the sulphur content for oils and the types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws 2016, item 2008) with quality and quantity parameters: 1) calorific value Qir min. 42.6 kJ/Mg, 2) density at 15oC: max 860 kg/m3, 3) sulphur content: max 0.1%,4) flash point min 56oC,5) melting point max. -20oC,6) viscosity max. 6.0 mm2/s.The estimated quantity of the basic contract is 110,000 liters of light heating oil, 2.
The estimated amount of the base contract is 110,000 liters of light fuel oil. The Contracting Authority may exercise the right of option under Art. 441(1) of the Public Procurement Law. The right of option consists in increasing the quantity of fuel oil purchased under the contract up to 25% of the Contractor's remuneration specified in the contract and valid as of the date of submitting the declaration on exercising the right of option, in an amount not greater than 20,000.00 liters of fuel oil. The use of the right of option by the Contracting Authority does not require amendment to the contract.3 The Contracting Authority informs that the right of option is a right of the Contracting Authority, which may, but does not have to be exercised. 1) Reduce the basic order by max. 1) Decrease the basic order by max. 30% of the total quantity of deliveries as a result of decreased demand declared by the Ordering Party (the Contractor is not entitled to compensation claims with respect to unused heating oil quantities); 2) Shift (accelerate or delay) the deliveries with respect to the data specified in appendix no 8 to the Agreement; 3) In the case of exercising the right to reduce the quantity of oil deliveries, no annex to the agreement and no amendment to the agreement are required.One-time delivery in the amount not exceeding 20 000 liters, the actual amount of ordered fuel oil will depend on the weather conditions and the needs of the Military Unit No. 2286.
