Description
The subject of the contract is: provision of medical protection services for the operation of the 12th Unmanned Aircraft Base in Mirosławiec, in accordance with the detailed scope of operation of the 12th Unmanned Aircraft Base introduced by order of the commander of the 1st Tactical Air Wing No. Z-59 of 29 May 2018.
The subject of the order is: providing medical protection services for the operation of the 12th Unmanned Aircraft Base in Mirosławiec, in accordance with the Detailed scope of operation of the 12th Unmanned Aircraft Base introduced by the command of the Commander of the 1st Tactical Air Wing No. Z-59 of 29 May 2018.Medical protection 12. BBSP includes:(a) provision of the necessary forces and resources to secure the medical treatment of flights; (b) analysis of the medical fitness of personnel and conditions affecting flight safety; (c) pre-flight and check-up tests and examinations for flight crew performing tasks (in accordance with acquired competencies - paragraph 4, § 44, Chapter 7, RL-2016) to be conducted by a medical doctor at the request of a crew member or flight organiser and recorded in the records;d) check the equipment of cabin first-aid kits and the possession of personal dressings; e) immediately report to the operating pilot (POL), the flight organiser or the aircraft commander that individual flight crew members have been suspended from flying; f) provide medical assistance to the flight crew and other personnel performing activities at the aerodrome; g) provide medical assistance to soldiers and RON personnel performing daily duties in the area of 12. (h) participate in search and rescue operations of crews and other persons; (i) check the sanitary and hygienic condition of aerodrome operations personnel and supervise quality and nutritional habits; (j) provide, on an ongoing basis and at the end of standby duty, the airframe pilot (POL), the aerodrome logistics on duty (DLL) or the senior medical officer of the supply unit (21. (k) to familiarise the pilot of operations (POL) and the Aerodrome Logistics on duty (DLL) with the conclusions and remarks concerning the medical protection of the aerodrome; (l) to secure the daily programme training provided in 12. m) perform activities related to the prevention of SARS-CoV2 infection in accordance with the procedures developed for the 12th BBSP; n) secure mass events; o) in consultation with the staffing authority, direct professional soldiers and RON employees of the unit to medical commissions (RWKL and RWKLL); p) examine candidates for professional soldiers and enlist soldiers in basic training (facade) and reserve soldiers' exercises.Medical protection will be provided by a team consisting of a doctor, a paramedic and a lifeguard, equipped with a sanitary vehicle (knowledge of the topography of the area and access roads to hospitals in Walcz, Drawsko Pomorskie). The sanitary vehicle must meet the technical and quality features specified in the Polish Standards transposing European harmonised standards. The currently binding standard in this respect is: Polish Standard PN-EN 1789:2015 "Medical vehicles and their equipment - Road ambulances". This Standard sets out the requirements for the construction, testing, performance and equipment of road ambulances used for the transport and care of patients and the requirements for the patient compartment. The Polish Standard PN-EN 1789:2015 sets out the requirements for the category of road ambulances designated on the basis of the increasing level of treatment that can be provided. Therefore, the ambulance that will medically secure the airport in Mirosławiec must be a "C" type ambulance. A sanitary vehicle must have the consent of the competent Ministry to use light and sound signals. The Contracting Authority allows the use of equivalent standards. All quality standards related to the execution of the subject matter of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject matter of the contract and Annex No. 5 to the ToR - Draft contract.
