Description

All the missions will cover the following points:- level 1 or 2 or 3 missions as defined in the decree of 26.12.1994 relating to the design phase alone or the realisation phase alone, or both phases;- bringing community buildings or Sicasil's installations into conformity with Safety and Health Protection (SPS) regulations within the framework of subsequent interventions, i.e. mainly maintenance and servicing operations;- specific missions: unannounced site visits or technical opinions on a particular point;- missions to give opinions on compliance with the labour code for premises and facilities made available to Community staff;- missions may also concern the application of Decree No 92-158 of 20.2.1992 on the special health and safety requirements applicable to work carried out in an establishment by an outside firm.
In accordance with the provisions of Law No 93-1418 of 31.12.1993, Decree No 94-1159 of 26.12.1994, Decree No 2003-68 of 24.1.2003 et des textes pris pour leurs applications, le présent marché porte sur la réalisation de missions de coordination en matière de Sécurité et de protection de la santé des travailleurs (SPS) relatives à des opérations de voirie et de génie civil à réaliser dans le cadre de travaux:- creation, improvement and maintenance of the road network and community roads (BHNS and others);- improvement and maintenance of the swimming pool and other community buildings (such as sports facilities or public service premises);- creation of works, improvement and maintenance (car park, EP/EU sewerage networks, civil engineering works of all kinds, various networks);- creation of works, improvement and maintenance (drinking water supply network, canals, plants and reservoirs);- creation of plantations or green areas.
