Description

The service requested from the foster is related to the performance of technical and administrative services regarding the protection of health and safety in the workplace in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 81/08 and subsequent amendments and integrations. on the management of prevention in the workplace, in particular on risk assessment, prevention and protection service, training and information of workers, emergency management, health surveillance, use of work equipment and personal protective equipment, manual handling of loads, equipment fitted with display screens, physical agents, noise, vibrations, electromagnetic fields, dangerous substances, biological agents, explosive atmospheres.The services regulated within the project relating to the service, are divided into mandatory and optional services. mandatory services are those services with respect to which the service contract resulting from the signing of the contract is only executed, unless specifically specified. optional services are those services, already provided for and regulated by the specifications, which are strictly subject to a specific written request by the person in charge of the procedure, referring to the individual optional service to be provided.
