Description

Supply contract in 2 lots for the purchase of tools, electrical equipment, safety equipment and maintenance products. The contract includes the supply and delivery of equipment listed in the inventory and equipment listed in the supplier's catalog(s). The catalog must include the items listed in the price list for the lot concerned.
The contract is a catalog contract. The contracting authority is in a position to order from the contractor all the products in the latter's range. The catalog is open-ended, which means that during the performance of the contract, new items may be proposed by the contractor or introduced at the request of an ordering department, in accordance with the lot(s) allocated. The contract covers the supply and delivery of equipment listed in the inventory and in the supplier's catalog(s). The catalog must include the items listed in the price list for the lot concerned.
