By this notice, HABITATION RIVE SAINTE-CATHERINE invites tenders for the following call for tenders:

Type of work: Replacement of doors, windows, light exterior cladding and foundation repair/correction
Area: Building 45 Jogues = 7,500 sq. ft. Building 85 Jogues = 8 000ft.ca.
Building: Habitations Rive Sainte-Catherine - 45 and 85 rue Jogues, Sainte-Catherine
Site visit: A non-compulsory site visit will take place on October 10, 2019 at 10:00 am. Confirmation of presence with the architect by email to the attention of dcoutu@groupeleclerc.ca
Period / Timeframe: The Contractor undertakes to complete the work by December 19, 2019

Habitation Rive Sainte-Catherine will receive bids for the corresponding call for tenders before 2 p.m. on the opening date indicated. Each bid must be delivered sealed in an envelope identified by the return label included in the tender or by any exact reproduction of its contents, as well as the name and address of the bidder in the upper left corner.
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure that documents are filed at 5245 chemin de Chambly, Saint-Hubert, Québec, J3Y 3N5 as of the date and time specified in this call for tenders and delivered by hand to the Office. Our opening hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Anyone wishing to attend the opening of the bids must present themselves at the address listed in this notice on the deadline date and time.
Bidders may contact the responsible person for any information required. The organization does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received.
Bidding documents must be obtained directly and exclusively from SEAO.
No list of document takers will be provided by the owner.
