Description

the services are divided into 2 lots :- 1 Guarding lot- 2 Security lot
The Holder will ensure at the request of Ratp Habitat and via a purchase order, the following services-General surveillance against the risks of intrusion, squatting, theft, vandalism, and control of the protected zones,- link with the teams of remote surveillance or video surveillance,- reaction to the security, safety and technical alarms - physical lifting of doubt - launching of the processes of safety alert (police call),- launching of the processes of safety alert (warning of the firemen) these services will be able to relate to all or parts of the buildings constituting the real estate park of Ratp Habitat, namely:- the installation of doors, windows, metal security panels and alarms in collaboration with the former provider of the market, in case of new provider, under the conditions described in article 3.1 of this Cctp. Installation, rental and maintenance of all doors, windows and metal security panels, including removal and storage of existing elements. Installation, rental and maintenance of intruder alarms connected to a remote monitoring center - Remote and physical verification - Removal of all its installations at the end of the contract, in collaboration with the new Contractor, under the conditions described in Article 3.5 of this Cctp
