ProcedureSubcontracting using the European public procedure in accordance with chapter 2 of the ARW 2016.ClientThe client in this tendering procedure is the Municipality of Breda.Assignment-The assignment concerns:- Tree felling;- Emergency felling of trees;- Felling/ milling of stumps;- Earthwork- Paving;- Planting of plants and trees in various sizes;- Restoration of lawns and verges;- Additional activities:- Implementation of traffic measures in accordance with CROW publication 96b;- Registration of flora and fauna.ObjectiveThe objective of this tendering procedure is to conclude a framework agreement with 1 contractor for the provision of these services for a period of 2 years, with an effective date of January 1, 2024.The client has the unilateral right to extend this 2 times by 1 year.Should the maximum contract value be exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement may be terminated (earlier).
