The term of this contract is six (6) months, from May 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024, and is renewable for a further two (2) years. The green space maintenance work will be carried out over a period extending from May 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024, or according to climatic needs, which vary from season to season.
Individuals and companies interested in these contracts may obtain bid documents from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by visiting the website www.seao.ca, quoting the title of the call for tenders. Documents may be obtained at a cost established by SEAO.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security representing 10% of the total amount of the bid, excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque, money order, irrevocable letter of guarantee or bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Insurance Act (R.S.Q., c. A-32) authorizing it to practice surety insurance, a trust company licensed under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (R.S.Q., c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (R.S.Q., c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c. 46), failing which the bid will be automatically rejected.
Tenders must be in sealed envelopes, marked "TENDER FOR GREEN SPACE MAINTENANCE" and "PAVILION NAME". They must be received at the Centre de services scolaires administrative center located at 331, rue du Couvent, Maniwaki, J9E 1H5, local 125, to the attention of Mr. Charles Pétrin, no later than 2 p.m. on October 26, 2023. Any bid received after this date will be automatically rejected. Tenders will be opened at room 236, on the same day at the same time.
