MANDATORY SITE VISIT:

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.

With respect to Solicitations W6898-200490 Grass Cutting #2 - Gagetown and W6898-200489 Grass Cutting #4 - Gagetown and W6898-200488 Grass Cutting #3 - Gagetown, the following arrangements for site visits have been made:

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 17:00 ADT on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders should also confirm in their bid that they have attended the site visit. Bidders (or their representatives) who do not attend the mandatory site visit will not be given an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared non-responsive. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

REQUIREMENT:

The work covered under this Service Contract comprises the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, supervision, and equipment required to cut grass or bush - as shown on drawings - for the following areas:
