Description

1) The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of 10 000 tonnes of building debris with a fraction of 0-63 mm together with the planning and calibrating of the debris, in order to perform ongoing partial repairs of roads (filling in of holes and bumps). By construction rubble, the Contracting Authority means recycled aggregate - aggregate resulting from the processing of inorganic material previously used in the construction industry. Note: Construction rubble must not contain substances harmful to the environment (i.e. no hazardous waste, e.g. asbestos in the delivered material), steel elements such as nails, bars and reinforcing wires, and organic substances.2) The scope of the contract includes: - delivery of rubble intended for partial repairs of the indicated roads, - delivery to the place of construction indicated by the forest inspector of the given forestry, - planting construction rubble on the renovated road sections mechanically and manually together with profiling and compaction with a compactor (thickener) or road roller.3) The place of performance of the subject of the contract shall be the administrative area of the Forest Inspectorate Runowo - roads indicated by the Ordering Party. Each delivery of rubble (type, quantity and place of delivery) shall be agreed in detail between the Purchaser and the Contractor. Start time of delivery of individual batches - up to 24 hours from the date of delivery location information.
