Tendered is the glass and building cleaning in the Westerschule Finkenwerder, Finkenwerder Landscheideweg 180, 21129 Hamburg, from 20.03.2023 until further notice. The maintenance cleaning includes the cleaning of an area building, a cross building as well as 3 other buildings (refectory, administration & Schmöckerstübchen) of a total of approx. 3,923 sqm. In addition, the maintenance cleaning includes the cleaning of a gymnasium of approx. 605 sqm plus a vacation cleaning. Glass cleaning covers an exterior glass area of around 1,519 sqm plus the interior glass areas and frames as well as additional interior glass areas of around 224 sqm, 6 cupolas and shed roof windows of around 268 sqm. The cleaning services for this property will be tendered in lots.
