Description
The Government of Ghana has received a loan from the International Development Association toward the cost of the eTransform Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the agreement(s) resulting from this IFB: Application Service Provider for the Development of e-Government Procurement (e-GP) System in Ghana for the Public Procurement Authority (PPA).
The scope of the work covers the provision of the COTS application, customization/development, deployment and implementation, pilot implementation, O7M, user training, integration with legacy systems at various PPEs, upgrades to e-GP application related tasks etc. The data center (DC), disaster recovery (DR), related system software and hardware, internet connectivity at DC/DR, SAN for back-up and other related IT infrastructure maybe provided by GoG through NITA, Ghana, at prevailing rates available at NITA offices. The ASP shall carry out the analysis for the appropriate provisioning of such services, based on availability, reliability, quality of service, security and cost, and shall budget and pay for such services as part of the project implementation.
