You must have:

- competitive wholesale, retail and distributor buying prices
- stock availability, or the capability to fulfil orders within reasonable delivery periods
- brand recognition
- a product list and images of available products

The company:

- wants to be an exclusive partner in Germany
- is looking for brands that are new to the German market
- works with buyers in over 40 countries, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, and North America
