Offered space must be a single tenant facility.
 
Offered space must be contiguous space.
 
Minimum required ceiling height: 30 ft.
 
Minimum aisle way width: 11 ft with 15 ft cross aisles.
 
Loading dock requirements:
minimum number of docks: 100 with 5 drive in ramps with 15 ft clearance.
 
Ware yard requirements: minimum 300 hard stand parking for semi-trailer container (50ft trailer) storage.

 
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Government may consider separately metered utilities.  Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.

Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.  Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any).
List of building services provided.
If known, energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building.
If known, building, space and parking accessibility in compliance with ABAAS.
If known, building, space and parking compliance with fire and life safety and seismic requirements.
