Additional Requirements:
Industrial zoning. Weather/Moisture resistant, commercial grade 240 VAC 20 AMP duplex outlet and 120 VAC duplex which are both grounded per code. One unisex restroom, either easy access or built inside space and cleaning required. Secured wareyard parking area for two (2) 20-foot trailers left onsite 24x7; available surface parking for employees; Area should include circulation for moving equipment/materials/devices in and out of both 20-foot trailers into the area. A turning radius which provides ability to drive at least a 23-foot work truck up to warehouse space for pick up/drop off of equipment/materials/devices. Use of existing premise dumpsters.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
