General provisionsIn so far as reference is made in the specifications to technical specifications, e.g. national standards implementing European standards, European technical evaluations, common technical specifications, international standards, equivalent technical specifications shall always be referred to, even without the express addition "or equivalent": For energy efficiency reasons, different luminaires are to be replaced with efficient LED luminaires in various university buildings.The luminaires must be delivered to the relevant building (VomStein Haus, S chlossplatz 3 4 ) at the relevant storage location.Terms of deliveryThe luminaires are to be delivered to the storage room of the building.Calculation notesAll offer prices apply to the delivery, unless otherwise described in the text of the service items.Alternative makes are permitted, insofar as equivalence in the sense of the planning make is given. If no alternative product is specified, it will be assumed that the planning make is offered.Technical preliminary remarksThe following general technical implementation regulations apply to all luminaires listed in the specifications:The luminaires must bear the VDE or E NEC mark to ensure electrical and mechanical safety.All luminaires must be interference-suppressed in accordance with the applicable EC directives and bear the radio protection mark or EMC mark. All luminaires are to be supplied wired ready for connection.All luminaires are to be sampled unsolicited after the submission of the tender in the event of deviation from the leading make.The equivalence is to be proven in detail with the submission of the tender on the basis of informative technical data sheets. If no verifiable data sheets are submitted, the tender w ill be excluded.A sample must be submitted w ithin three days of the submission of the tender.The samples must be submitted to Department 4.4, Orléans - Ring 16, 48149Münster. If no verifiable samples are submitted, the tender will be excluded and two variants will be tendered. K G 440 High-voltage and low-voltage systems1.1. Lighting systems Variant 1Instructions on lighting technology - Part 1For reasons of economy, luminaires equipped with LEDs are to be used in the building. Unless otherwise described in the item, the luminaires are to be offered with a minimum of > = 120 lm/ W. The most up-to-date luminaire types available on the market at the time of tender preparation are to be offered.Luminaires are selected in accordance with the room requirements and the respective ambient conditions at the installation site in the corresponding IP protection classes. In rooms with VDU workstations, luminaires suitable for VDU workstations (BAP) with UGR< 19 for office applications in accordance with EN 12464 are to be provided. Here, either a Casambi variant or a Dali variant is used.The lighting is basically switched in two areas, decentralized on site in switching groups:1. lights near the window and 2. lights near the door/corridor. All indoor LED lights must have the same light color with color rendering Ra > = 8 0 . The light color is 4000K. The wiring in the luminaires must be heat-resistant. The LED luminaires and ballasts must comply with the following regulations: - C E mark - the protection target according to the valid EU law on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) - Reliability by test procedure (burn-in test) The wiring of the luminaires must be ready for connection on permanently installed terminals. The terminals must be suitable for looping through cables with a cross-section of min. 2.5 mm 2 and all luminaires must be fitted with choke nipples or cable glands for the cable entries.The luminaires must be supplied including all specific accessories such as end caps etc..All luminaires must be designed for radio interference suppression level N. Luminaires that are attached to flammable parts must have the F mark in accordance with VDE 0 710. Heat-resistant cables in accordance with VDE must be used for strip light wiring unless the design of the luminaire permits the use of other cables in accordance with VDE.
