The subject of the order is: design, execution, delivery, assembly and start-up of the stand "Muon wall" as part of the task entitled "Planetarium - Silesian Science Park". Modernization and extension of the Silesian Planetarium in Chorzów".
The subject of the order is: design, execution, delivery, assembly and start-up of the station "Muon Wall" as part of the task entitled "Planetarium - Silesian Science Park". Modernization and extension of the Silesian Planetarium in Chorzów".2. The existing object of the Planetarium will be extended and modernized in such a way that educational goals can be realized in the extended scope. For this purpose, a "Muon Wall" stand for the presentation of cosmic radiation will be created.3. Additionally, as part of the contract, the Contractor will carry out appropriate tests and obtain all certificates, approvals, permits and/or CE mark and/or certificates and registrations confirming that the subject of the contract is approved for use in accordance with its intended purpose and safe in operation. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (in abbreviated form: SOPZ) is attached as Attachment No. 3 to the ToR/ Attachment No. 2 to the model contract.6 Additional conditions of contract performance are specified in the model contract which constitutes Attachment No. 2 to the ToR.7 Instructions for the Contractor concerning the platform are attached as Attachment No. 4 to the ToR.
