Description

(1) The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply (sale) of high methane natural gas type E tariff W-6.1 for the Upper Silesian Aviation Society S.A. Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice 90 Wolności Street, 42-625 Ożarowice. (2) Natural gas should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and its implementing regulations and Polish Standards.
(1) The subject of the contract is the comprehensive supply (sale) of high methane natural gas type E tariff W-6.1 for the Upper Silesian Aviation Society S.A. Katowice International Airport in Pyrzowice 90 Wolności Street, 42-625 Ożarowice. (2) Natural gas shall meet the technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and its implementing regulations and the Polish Standards.3. Gas shall be supplied to four connections on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of the contract on sales, the value of fees for MWh, subscription, distribution fixed and variable fee. Gas shall be delivered to the delivery and reception point, which is a set of gas equipment used to connect the internal network owned by the Employer with the gas network of the system operator.4. Contracted capacity: 1) Terminal A - 1,100 kWh/h2) Terminal B + C - 1,500 kWh/h3) Hangar 1 and 2 - 1,000 kWh/h4) Cargo Terminal and Hangar 3 - 1,000 kWh/h.5. Minimum gas intake for safety 80.00 m³/h, and 35 m3/h.6. Minimum pressure of 2.00 kPa.7.. gas appliances with a capacity of: a) Terminal A - 2,565 kW,b) Terminal B +C - 2,600 kW,c) Hangar 1 and 2 - 1,860 kW,d) Cargo Terminal and Hangar 3 - 1,795 kW, 8. The amount of gas fuel delivered will be determined on the basis of the metering system - type of gas meter: Delta and Mac Bat II recorder.9. The projected consumption of gas fuel is 10,136,530 kWh/12 months, nominal heat of combustion 39.5 MJ/m³, conversion factor 11.215.The Ordering Party declares that the projected consumption of natural gas is estimated for a period of 12 months.10. The projection of monthly gas consumption at individual facilities is included in Appendix 2 to the SWZ. The values indicated above are estimates and the Ordering Party does not undertake to realize this quantity in full. The quantities indicated above are indicative only, and therefore cannot be the basis for any property claims by the Contractor, including compensation. At the same time, the Ordering Party declares that the minimum volume of service that the Ordering Party will realize is 8,616,050 kWh/12 months.
