Description

This multi award framework agreement with subsequent contracts is intended to meet the needs of the laboratories of the Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse (Toulouse Inp) in the context of the PACAERO project concerning the "Hydrogen Platform". The purpose of this contract is to conclude a multi-tender allotment framework agreement, governing the subsequent contracts to be awarded for a period of 12 months, renewable 3 times
This lot concerns exclusively the categories of DC current and voltage power supplies and loads This lot concerns exclusively the categories of DC current and voltage measurement probes This lot concerns exclusively the modular structures made with profiles.Some of these modular structures are made from defined plans and are delivered assembled. Others are purchased as individual parts. However, part by part requests can be formulated to complete the modular structures made this lot concerns exclusively equipment allowing measurements and/or controls of gas flow (hydrogen, oxygen, air, nitrogen) or liquid flow (water, oil) this lot concerns exclusively equipment allowing measurements and/or controls of pressure (hydrogen, oxygen, air, nitrogen) Mechanical pressure regulators are excluded from this lot. This lot deals exclusively with mechanical pressure regulators (hydrogen, oxygen, air, nitrogen, etc.) This lot deals with supervision and control systems for test benches. These systems must allow the realization of the control command of the test benches or pilots (loops of regulations) but also ensure the safety of operation. They must also allow the centralized recording of test data as well as offer the possibility of creating a clear and functional man-machine interface this lot concerns gas concentration measurement systems (H2, O2, Ch4) and/or safety units that can integrate fire detection, accompanied by other complementary services within the meaning of article 1.2 of the CCP this lot concerns industrial valve elements, accompanied by complementary services within the meaning of article 1.2 of the SCC this lot covers active gas humidification systems (H2, O2, N2, Air) with precise control of the relative humidity for gas flow rates ranging from a few hundred Nml/Mn to several hundred Nl/Mn this lot covers temperature sensors, with additional services within the meaning of article 1.2 of the SCC this lot covers on-off and/or proportional solenoid valves. They are mainly used on gases (H2, O2, N2, Air, ...), for flow rates ranging from a few Nml/Mn to a few hundred Nl/Mn, for pressures ranging from a few mbar to a few hundred bars this lot concerns elements allowing the realization of fluidic systems for industrial gases (fittings, tubes, valves, etc.), equipped with mechanical clamping technologies (double ring, vcr, vco, clamp, flange) this lot covers exclusively equipment dedicated to medium and high power electrical wiring (distribution cabinets, sensor supply, automation) including associated accessories this lot covers heat exchangers allowing to control the temperature of a system or a product by exchanging heat between two media (gas-gas, gas-liquid, liquid-liquid, ....) this lot concerns humidity measurement sensors in gaseous media that can go from dry gas to saturation, including in pressurized environments this lot concerns measurement means dedicated to the analysis and measurement of gas concentration that can go from a simple sensor to gas chromatography this lot concerns thermal regulation units (thermostat bath, cryothermostats, ?) ranging from a few kw to several tens of kw, accompanied by additional services in the sense of article 1.2 of the CCP this lot covers the manufacture of stainless steel measuring chambers or separators for liquids and/or gases (ranging from a few centilitres to a few tens of litres and from a few bars to a few tens of bars)
