Description

Weekly collection of residual household waste (OMR) and the fermentable fraction of household waste (FFOM) in the municipalities of Orp-Jauche, Incourt, Hélécine and Jodoigne; emptying of certain public waste bins in Hélécine and Orp-Jauche; residual household waste (OMR) means all waste from the usual activity of households and waste treated as such waste under the legislation of the Walloon Region. Similar waste is commercial, craft and operational waste which, by its nature and composition, is comparable to household waste,- the fermentable (organic) fraction of household waste (SWOT) mainly includes miscellaneous food waste, fruit and vegetable waste, coffee grounds and tea bags, biodegradable animal bedding, small garden waste, etc. Diapers are excluded from collection.Excluded from SEO and SWOT (non-exhaustive list):a) excavated material, rubble, rubble and debris from public and private works; b) all residues from industrial operations; c) toxic waste; d) anatomical and infectious waste from hospitals and clinics (B1 and B2); e) slaughterhouse waste, dead animals;(f) all special waste which, because of its flammability, toxicity, corrosive power, explosive nature or for any other reason cannot be disposed of by the same means as household waste without creating risks to property, persons or the environment; (g) tyres; (h) bulky objects.The distribution of the collections has been planned as follows; these 2 fractions must be collected on the same day:- Orp-Jauche zone 1 every Monday,- Orp-Jauche zone 2 every Tuesday,- Incourt every Wednesday,- Hélécine/Jodoigne zone1 every Thursday,- Jodoigne zone 2 every Friday.the contracting authority reserves the right to prohibit the collections before 9:00 am on Monday morning.Please note that for Jodoigne centre, collection must exceptionally start at 5:00 am in order to finish the centre before the market is set up, the Orp-Jauche and Jodoigne areas are listed and specified in Appendix E (list subject to change), the emptying of public waste bins on Hélécine and Orp-Jauche, and some public waste bins (list in Appendix F and subject to change) must also be emptied but only during the weekly collection schedule provided for in the Orp-Jauche and Hélecine municipalities. For Hélécine, the emptying concerns 14 bins from the rest area along the E40 towards Brussels. Weekly collection of residual household waste (OMR) and fermentable fraction of household waste (FFOM) on the Municipality of Waterloo and the City of Wavre. Collection of green waste (from gardens) on Waterloo and Christmas trees on Wavre. the definition of SEO and SWOT fractions is identical to lot 1. green waste consists of lawn clippings, leaves, hedge trimmings, flowers in bags and branches of maximum 1 m and 15 cm in diameter in bundles. christmas trees are free of any decoration and crosspiece.The distribution of WMO and SWOT collections has been planned as follows; these 2 fractions must be collected on the same day: - Waterloo Zone 1 every Monday, - Waterloo Zone 2 every Tuesday, - Wavre Zone 1 every Wednesday, - Wavre Zone 2 every Thursday, - Wavre Zone 3 every Friday.The contracting authority reserves the right to prohibit collections before 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning; the areas of Waterloo and Wavre are listed in Appendix E (list subject to change); collection of green waste (from gardens) on Waterloo and Christmas trees on Wavre; green waste (lawn clippings, dead leaves, wilted flowers, etc.) will be placed in Kraft bags (120l) bearing the logo of the municipality of Waterloo. Also to be collected are bundles of branches (less than 15 cm in diameter) of a maximum length of 1 m. Excluded are stumps, plastic bags and pots and anything that is not compostable, and green waste collections are held every Monday and Tuesday (same areas as for OM and SWOT) during the "good season". The municipality communicates each year the start and end dates of the good season (generally 32 collections between April and November). 1 Christmas tree collection is organised once a year in Wavre. The date (first fortnight of January) and zoning (maximum 3 days) shall be decided by mutual agreement, but the contracting authority reserves the right, thereafter, to no longer organise the collection of green waste or Christmas trees, either to add one or more collections annually or to reduce their number. Weekly collection of residual household waste (OMR) and the fermentable fraction of household waste (FFOM) in the municipalities of Tubize, Rebecq, Ittre, Braine le Château. Collection of green waste in bags on Tubize and RebecqThe definition of SEO and SWOT fractions is identical to lot 1. green waste consists of grass clippings, leaves, hedge trimmings, flowers in bags and branches of maximum 1 m and 15 cm in diameter in bundles.The distribution of SEO and SWOT collections has been planned as follows; these 2 fractions must be collected on the same day:- Letter every Monday,- Rebecq every Tuesday,- Braine le Château every Wednesday,- Tubize Zones 2 every Thursday,- Tubize zones 1 every Friday.The contracting authority reserves the right to prohibit collections before 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning; the areas of Tubize are listed in Annex E (list subject to change); collection of green waste in bags on Tubize and Rebecq; collection of green waste on Tubize takes place every other week and must take place throughout the country on Monday. It is only organised during the right season. The municipality defines each year the start and end dates of the right season (usually 18 collections) and green waste (lawn mowing, dead leaves, wilted flowers, etc.) will be placed either in a Kraft bag (120l) bearing the municipality's logo or in a rigid plastic container. Bundles of branches (less than 15 cm in diameter) of a maximum length of 1 m must also be collected. Excluded are strains, plastic bags and jars and anything that is not compostable; on Rebecq, collection takes place every other week and must take place on Monday, possibly alternating with the collection of green waste from Tubize. It is only organized during the right season (generally 18 collections). The municipality defines each year the start and end dates of the right season. The collection is organized in free containers. Rigid containers and reusable bags must be emptied and placed back on the sidewalk where they were. Weekly collection of residual household waste (OMR) and the fermentable fraction of household waste (FFOM) in the municipality of Braine le Comte. Collection of green waste (bundles) and Christmas trees The definition of SEO and SWOT fractions is identical to lot 1. the collector is free to propose the collection scheme that seems optimal to him, if necessary, conditioned by obtaining one or more other lots. SEO and SWOT collections must be collected on the same day in the same area. Once decided, the zoning is fixed for the entire duration of the contract, the contracting authority reserves the right to prohibit collections before 9:00 a. m. on Monday morning. at the request of the successful tenderer, working sessions can be organised (with the municipality, currently the collector) in order to be explained the particularities of the territory. In Braine-le-Comte, the collection of green waste consists of collecting bundles twice a year (on the same day as the OM and FFOM). The municipality sets the dates at least 6 months before the collection, and a Christmas tree collection is organised once a year. The date (first fortnight of January) and the zoning (maximum 3 days) are decided by mutual agreement, but the contracting authority reserves the right, thereafter, to no longer organise the collection of green waste or Christmas trees, either to add one or more collections annually or to reduce their number.
