The City of Terrebonne, owner, is requesting tenders for the call for tenders indicated below. Complete documents may be obtained through the Système électronique d'appel d'offres (SEAO), telephone 1 866-669-7326 , starting June 5, 2024. The fees for obtaining the documents, as well as all payment terms, are set by and payable to SEAO.

Tenders in sealed envelopes marked (tender number and project name) and addressed to the undersigned, will be received at the Ville de Terrebonne, Direction de l'administration et finances, 513 montée Masson (sud), Terrebonne, J6W 2Z2, no later than 11:00 a.m., to be publicly opened immediately after the deadline for receipt. Office hours are 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday. Bids must meet the requirements of the tender documents.
The City assumes no responsibility for any written notices or documents transmitted electronically that are incomplete or contain any errors or omissions. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, prior to bidding, that they have obtained all documents and addenda, if any, related to this call for tenders.
The Ville de Terrebonne does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and opened.
