This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F3H3G29136AW01-Gamma_detection_device is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02 (effective 6 May 2019). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 334519 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation;

CLIN 0001 - identiFINDER R300-Z; Or Equal
identiFINDER R300 includes 3 (2 for dose rate and 1 for identification) CdZnTe detectors for gamma radiation detection and identification, digital signal processing (DSP) electronics and features a color display, web server, Bluetooth, USB connectivity, and Reachback capability.
