Germany - Further development Cadenza

Description

The object of the award procedure is the conclusion of a contract for the further development of the Cadenza reporting and evaluation system for the years 2021 to 2023.

This award is intended to maintain and further develop the repositories and selectors of the existing Cadenza software available in the LLUR. The Cadenza program package offers users user-friendly access to the attribute data of the Water Management Department. This access is to be further developed in order to be able to evaluate the existing data for the preparation of reports in the context of the implementation of the Water Directive. Furthermore, exemplary selectrors are to be developed to make biological or chemical data available to the public on a Cadenza server provided by another party. The further development of the selectors is to be implemented promptly because the timetables for compliance with the reporting obligations of the Water Framework Directive have been established. The further development of the selectors includes the correction of errors occurring during operation and their adaptation to changing data models. The functionality of the selectors must be documented at the end of each year.
