Description

The subject matter of the contract shall include the supply, together with transport, delivery, assembly and placement of new, unused, full-value, defect-free, approved for use in accordance with applicable regulations and free from physical and legal defects furniture, as well as any other additional services necessary for the proper performance of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall divide the contract into parts - part no. 1 - furniture for offices,- part no. 2 - furniture for social rooms,- part no. 3 - metal cabinets and workbenches. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract has been specified in attachment no. 1 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference). The furniture offered by the Economic Operator must meet all requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in the description of the subject matter of the contract, which constitutes attachment no. 1 to the SWZ.
