Description

The contract to be processed is included within Article 17 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts (LCSP hereinafter), as a service contract, being its purpose to ensure the transfer of corpses, for the practice of autopsies, necropsies and forensic investigation tests, agreed ex officio by the Judicial Authority, from the place of the lifting or exhumation of the corpse to the central or regional headquarters of the Institute of Legal Medicine and Forensic Sciences (hereinafter I.M.L.C.F), Funeral Parlors or agreed Health Centers where the pathological practices are carried out, and, where appropriate, the return of the same to the municipality where it was collected, in the territorial scope of the province of Seville.
