The purchase of fuel: diesel, petrol and unleaded petrol is not ready. 95, unleaded petrol. 98 and LPG for the needs of RPZiUK Sp.z.o.o. directly at filling stations of Wyk., by refuelling vehicles at Zamość disposal, ensuring cashless settlement of transactions by means of an electronic card without PIN code. Prior to the order, it has been specified in detail in appendix 1 to the ToR -, "Zam.pl informs that in the case of delivery of fuel which is prior to the order applies the OPTIONAL RIGHT, it means that the quantities given in col. 4 of the table are the maximum quantities which can be collected during the execution of the order. Whereas the guarantor. min. quantities which will be collected are specified in col. 3. Pursuant to art. 24aa of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall first evaluate tenders, and then examine whether the Economic Operator whose tender was evaluated as the most advantageous one is not excluded and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. In the event of any doubts or ambiguity of errors, the Economic Operator should assume that the provisions of the PPL and the implementing acts shall apply first, and secondly the provisions of this ToR and the contents of the contract notice. A defect must cover the period of the tender validity. A defect may be contributed in one or more of the following forms: a bank suretyship or a savings bank company credit, however, the surety is always a money surety, a bank guarantor, a guarantor of the bank, a guarantor of the insurance company, e) suretyship granted by the entities referred to in art. 6b section 5 item 2 of the Act of 09.11.2000 on the establishment of PARP (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 310, 836, 1572). Zam does not allow other forms of bringing in defects! Do not allow Zam to pay the defects in the cash register! In case of defects in the form of hustle and bustle, the payment should be made in accordance with the law. Please note: Zam will return the defects in art. 46 Pzp, return the defects to Wyk oryg doc dock, so it is recommended not to permanently tie the defects to the offer. It is advisable to attach a copy of this document to the offer. The contents of the guarantor/guarantor should be unconditional and irrevocable on each written request submitted by Zam in the term of the offer, obliging the guarantor/guarantor to pay Zam the full amount of the defects in circumstances described in Article 46(4a) and (5) of the PPL. 6. In the case of defects in the tender, the amount specified in item 6.1.2 of the tender shall be stated in the table below. 15.1. should be paid by bank transfer to the account: BZ WBK S.A. I O/KIELCE 34 1090 2040 0000 0005 3800 4603 with the following title: Vault - tender for "... "Defects should be paid before the bids are paid, however, the payment of defects in money by bank transfer shall be considered by Zam's bank as effective only if the bank maintaining Zam's account confirms the receipt of the balance before the bids are paid. Defects paid in other forms allowed by Zam should be attached to the tender.If the defects are brought in by Zam, the result of the RB agreement for which it was stored shall be returned together with interest, less the costs of conducting the RB and the bank's commission for the transfer of the money to the RB. The bank shall retain the defects with interest if the Remittance of the Call to Subscribe referred to in Article 26(3) and (3a)(3), due to reasons attributable to the bank, did not submit the full amount of the ośw or docu- tion referred to in Article 25(1)(1), the ośw referred to in Article 25a(1)(1)(1) or did not express consent to the amendments referred to in Article 87(2)(3)(3), which resulted in the lack of the possibility to select the offer submitted by the Remittance as the best use. If the chosen bidder: refuses to sign an agreement on public procurement for the conditions specified in the offer, fails to submit a requirement to ensure proper performance of the contract, conclusion of an agreement in the case of spr spr spr public became impossible due to reasons attributable to Wyk. Wyk's offer not secured by acceptance of the form of defects will be rejected pursuant to Article 89, paragraph 1, point 7b of the Act on Public Procurement.
